ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Develops and implements short and long-term strategic sales plans, forecasts, and operating budgets to achieve corporate objectives for products across all sales channels.
  • Actively coaches, trains and develops sales managers, sales team leaders and inside sales staff.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Play a hands-on role with the field sales organization, maintaining personal presence and high visibility in related channels.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
